A graduate of Texas A&M University, Brandon has spent more than twenty years working in the fly fishing industry. From guiding out in the Western United States to manufacturing fly fishing gear including his time as rod designer at Dallas' Temple Fork Outfitters to hosting adventure travel in exotic destinations around the world Brandon strives to share his passion for fly fishing and the outdoors with others. If he is not chasing exotic fish somewhere around the globe he can be found spending time with his wife and two boys or making plans for his next adventure.

Paul is Managing Director of Blackland Consulting, a strategy advisory consultancy. He serves on the board of the Saint Joseph’s Charitable Trust, is a Committee Chair for BSA troop 838, and gained a passion for some many of his current pursuits at Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Paul's upbringing in Texas has brought him the ability to hunt and fish in each one of its diverse ecosystems. Texas has increased his appreciation for these resources and the long lasting memories they create. Coming together to share and learn more about the outdoors is a passion he shares with each member of the Fellowship of the Outdoors. Paul currently resides in Dallas with his wife and three children, and enjoys sharing these great sports with his family.

Richard began his pursuit of the outdoors during his time at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio exploring freshwater streams and their native trout. As the years have passed and his career in financial services picked up he began to pursue saltwater fly fishing with increasingly more difficult targets including redfish, bonefish, tarpon and permit. His appreciation for the addiction of hunting, both big game and its varieties as well as bird hunting, began more recently and has finally motivated him to transition his career to follow his true vocation with the creation of two businesses, Argali Custom Apparel and Genie Executive Solutions. Richard resides in Dallas with his wife, Austin, new born, Georgia, and two pups, Berkley and Gretchen, who treat him better than he deserves.
